Step 1
Understanding the Injury or Pain
- Before we begin any training, we take time to understand where your pain is coming from and why it’s happening. Whether it's old injuries, joint stiffness, or everyday discomfort, we break it down together—so we’re not just masking symptoms, we’re addressing the root cause.

Tailored Training Plan
- Once we understand the issue, I’ll design a personalized plan built around your specific needs. This isn’t a cookie-cutter workout—it's a step-by-step system designed to support your recovery, mobility, and long-term strength, at a pace your body is ready for.

Starting with Short Ranges
- We begin training with short-range movements that safely activate the muscles and tendons around the injured or painful area. This helps bring blood flow into the tissue, builds early-stage strength, and sets the foundation for a solid recovery.
Step 4
Progressing to Mid Ranges
- As your strength improves, we expand your training into mid-range exercises. These movements develop flexibility and control while preparing your joints and muscles to handle more advanced, full-range exercises down the line.
Step 5
Building & Maintaining Full-Range Strength
In the final stage, we focus on building strength and control in long-range positions—developing full flexibility and mobility under load. From there, the goal becomes maintaining this progress for life. You’ll learn how to keep your body strong, mobile, and pain-free long after our sessions, with the confidence and knowledge to take care of your health independently.
